The 0.160” and 0.190” numbers indicated below refer to the front and rear (respectively) NOTCH WIDTHS, not heights. The F8 model is taller than the OEM sights specifically for RDS purposes per XS Sights’s website, though no actual height dimensions are provided (not sure why). The RD3 model heights are are in line with the OEM heights and those height dimensions are referenced on the same website. Hope this helps.
The F8 sights have a 0.160" front and 0.190" rear sight. If you're looking more for the traditional #6/#8 3-dot sight alignment, the XS Sight Systems R3D will be more suited to what you're seeking as it has very close height measurements to the #6 and #8 at 0.220" and 0.250", respectively.
