Answers for Will these work on both AR10 and 15 receivers? I just did a 308 and loved these style but they are much longer then the 15s and I didnt see any info?

These are specifically designed for AR-15. Due to variances between manufactures these will most likely not work in an AR platform 308 build.

What all is needed to install this on my AR Pistol. Mine are flush and I hate it.
