No, it is not compatible with that mount, it requires a picatinny or weaver rail.

Item SM13005 will fit a picatinny rail, item SM13005-DT is for 3/8" or 11mm dovetails.

The dot reticle is a 5 MOA size, all the other reticles have a 3 MOA dot in the center.
