How long is this? OR how long of a scope will it cover?

The small cover is made to fit V4 and V6 scopes with a 24mm objective.
The medium is for V4 and V6 44mm and 50mm objectives with capped elevation turrets.
The large is for V4 and V6 with exposed turrets.
The X-large is for 56mm and larger objectives.

Will this fit a Zeiss conquest 4-16x44 scope with the 3” sunshade?

According to Zeiss, the scope cover may stretch about one inch and would not cover the additional 3 inch sunshade.

Will this cover fit if there is a throw lever is installed

Depending on the length of the throw lever the cover can stretch about about one inch, but it is not recommend by Zeiss.
