Will this slide accommodate a Holosun 507c?

Yes. The ZEV Technologies Z17 Citadel Stripped Slide uses a Trijicon RMR optic cut. The Holosun 507c shares the same footprint and would be compatible with this slide.

No, the Romeo 1 Pro will not mount to this slide, it is only for optics that have the RMR footprint.

No, this will only fit optics that share the RMR footprint, such as the Trijicon RMR, Trijicon SRO, Holosun HS507C, Holosun HS407C, Swampfox Kingslayer, Swampfox Liberty, and Swampfox Justice.
