Zev only lists Gen 3 and Gen 4 Glocks for fitment, but I do not see any reason these would not fit the Gen 5 magazines as well as the magazines have not really changed from Gen 4 to Gen 5.

I have put these on 20 Gen 5 mags without a single issue.

They fit my 19 gen 5 and function with no issues. That being said it might have fitment issues with an aftermarket magwell. I had to file a little bit off of my zev magwell and a little off of the baseplate tab.

yes it will fit to gen5. all you'll have to do is change your mag tension spring to a thinner gap spring. SLR provides that for you. zevs tension spring is only meant for glock full size mags 9mm 17rnd or .40 15rnd mags. You're welcome!
