The QuikClot 1st Response Hemostatic Agent Sponge - 50g 3-pack is the latest First Aid product by Z-Medica for first responders, environmental health & safety teams and industrial nurses. QuikClot 1st Response Sponges are the same proven technology developed for the military, packaged for convenient use by first responders, to help save lives right at the scene of accidents, crimes, fires and other emergencies. The QuikClot 1st Response Hemostatic Agent Sponge features Hemostatic Agents that help stop bleeding, and has a greatly reduced exothermic reaction, re-engineered to remain cooler on contact.image

The Quik-Clot 1st Response First Aid Sponge is easy to use. Just rip open a packet, pack the self-contained sponge into the wound and the bleeding stops rapidly. For larger wounds, use more than one sponge. The sponges will conform to the shape of the wound. Quik Clot 1st Response Sponges are easily removed in the hospital setting.

QuickClot 1stResponse Hemostatic Agent Sponges come in a box that contains (3) three individually packaged 1.75-ounce (50 gram) hemostatic sponges - quantities sufficient to address most situations encountered by first responders.

The QuikClot 1st Response Hemostatic Sponge is also available in a TraumaPak, along with a pressure bandage and high volume gauze.
