This works well between my M&P15 and M&P10. For either rifle the vise block locks into the magazine well and by turning the bottom portion you can eliminate any slack movement before clamping into a vise. It holds the rifle very steady for your work.

It works great so far. Both the AR-15 and AR-10 fit nicely on the Vise Block. It has a very good snug fit and it makes working on both lowers very easy.

Works perfectly. Expander sleeve works as intended, tightened up into mag well, and worked to torque a buffer tube to 35ish foot pounds. Works well for all other parts install, no need to remove until finished

The Smart-Fit AR15 Vise Block and Vise Block Sleeve for AR10, DPMS LR-308 and SR-25 is the best lower receiver vise block you 'll ever use. Magwell sizes have a notoriously wide range of tolerances, and traditional blocks create wiggle and wobble on a gun vise. Smart-Fit 's design solves that. It expands to fit all MIL-SPEC AR15s, AR10s and similar magwells, making loose, sloppy-fitting blocks a thing of the past.
