This is the most versatile and complete reloading die set we offer. The Competition Pro Series (CP) line of dies offers a unique twist to offer more support for the bullet. Because the bullet is held within the die rather than a separate case mouth the support provided for the bullet is not needed. Because the competition pro series dies include both a Full Length Sizing Die as well as a Decapping Die along with our Patented Fluting System the required holding pressure is always kept to a minimum. Because of this the bullet has very little tendency to jump or wander off the center of the die. Because of our patented Fluting System any slight variation from the center to the center of the die does not effect the concentricity of the bullet. Because of this lack of concentricity there is no pressure build up or texture imparted to the bullet. Because of this lack of concentricity there is no wear or possible strain on the bullet. Because of the unique neck or shoulder profiles used in competition there is little or no tolerance for any variation in case length. With this in mind Competition Pro dies are manufactured to withstand years of heavy die use.
