Yes you need to lube case, maybe just a touch inside case neck also.

Great Full Length Sizing Die by Mike, December 27, 2023
I purchased this for sizing 300 blackout after cutting full sized 223/556 brass. It does a great job of sizing on my Dillon XL750 and using 1 shot on all my cases, so far no stuck ones. Make sure you clean the die prior to first use.

Product Info for Redding Reloading Full Length Sizing Die, Series B

The Redding Full Length Sizing Die is machined on precision lathes capable of holding the tightest tolerances from the finest alloy steels obtainable.  All dies are hand polished for smooth, flawless functioning, inspected and ultrasonically cleaned before packaging.  Redding industry standard 7/8-14 threaded dies are guaranteed to produce ammunition that will properly fit any standard (SAAMI) chamber, regardless of action type.image
