This grip was packaged well and included the necessary hardware to mount it.
I wear an extra large glove, and can get all of my fingers on the grip. Mounting was easy, though the fit was a little tight, but I guess that's ok.

I used this to replace the factory grip on my Sig Cross.
This grip is slightly more vertical than the Sig grip which aligns your finger more naturally on the trigger. For me, anyways.
