If you are going for a professional setup, you need to not skimp on the component that will hold your expensive red dot. I used a holosun 507c green dot on this and works amazing. I have this on the side of a primary arms ACSS. Amazing setup

Product Info for Reptilia ROF-45 for Geissele 30/34mm Super Precision Mount and Trijicon RMR
Reptilia ROF-45 is a drop-in upgrade for magnified scope mounts that was designed for use with the Trijicon RMR. This red dot mount adds a mounting point for a Trijicon RMR to provide a fast, close-range optic to your magnified scope. All Reptilia Red Dot Sight Mounts are made of type III hardcoat anodized 7075 aluminum, so they are lightweight and rugged. Every Reptilia Red Dot Mount - Geissele 30/34mm ROF-45 is built with a minimalistic design that maximizes each placement of the red dot in relation to the sight picture of the host scope. This Red Dot Sight Mount by Reptilia is truly a "drop in" replacement since there is no removal or modification of the scope's existing eye relief. Reptilia Red Dot Sight Mounts work with most magnified scopes, but they will fit some of the other popular mounts as well, like the Diamondback Mounts and the Precision Mounts.
