Does not fit - Uncle Mike's Sidekick Hip Holster - fits 2-3in. Barrel Small/Med Double Action Revolvers

I purchased this holster for a Ruger sp101...which fit the description of a 2-3" barrel small/medium double action revolver. It does not fit! If I pushed with a great amount of force, I still could not make it fit inside the holster. I have other Uncle Mike's holsters that work as advertised. Maybe I just got a bad one. Which doesn't speak well of their quality control.
