Barely works(maybe) - 221B Tactical Maxx-Dri Vest 4.0 Body Armor Ventilation

Actual User's Review of 221B Tactical Maxx-Dri Vest 4.0 Body Armor Ventilation
When you put it on, you can feel that it is slightly insulating all by itself, which is not a good sign. I might be slightly drier by wearing it, but definitely not much cooler. Definitely not worth the almost $100.
