Versatile despite its size - 5.11 Tactical Camp Field Knife 7

I was grateful that I could get this knife after seeing it in the latest 5.11 catalogue but then learning that it was not going to be available in the UK. Use of the website and ordering from the US was easy and it arrived in good time.
The knife itself is large, very large but it has a great weight in the hand and whilst not appropriate for smaller jobs around camp it is great for stripping kindling and clearing the field. The construction is second to none from handle to blade and the supplied shealth inspires confidence when attached to my molle, both carried hilt up and in reverse.
When opening the box the old Crocodile Dundee quote 'that's not a knife, this is a knife" jumped into my mind and a smile came across my face.
Would strongly recommend for anyone looking for a large, well contrcucted knife.
