5.11 tactical recon charcoal bag - 5.11 Tactical Recon Outbound Backpack

I never thought I would be reviewing a gym bag but the new 5.11 recon series bag is great. I have been in law enforcement for ten years and I usually hit the gym right after I get out of work. I needed a quality bag for both workout clothes and also strong enough to carry my duty gear. I ordered the bag and found that it is made from quality materials. The concealment pouch for your firearm is also a real hidden gem (I completely missed it for the first few days using it). The separate pouch for shoes also helps keep other gear clean.

The only negative is the cost. The entire Recon series is phenomenal but I think they priced it a bit high for first responders/operators. Most of us are willing to spend extra on tac gear or equipment that may save our lives but when it comes to gym equipment there's far more affordable options out there.
Pros: Quality Material, Lightweight, Plenty of Storage Space
Cons: Cost
