Ordered the large size 36-38 inches for 37 inch waist. Belt is marked 36/38. The smallest this will adjust is 44" due to the buckles not sliding further down the belt. The portion of the belt that goes through the buckle and folds over is smaller than the rest of the belt. Also, buckle fastens by sliding together in a up & down movement not the typical plug together type.
Belt construction seems to be of good quality. Slow shipping.
