I bought this to use specifically for working out . I put the Rogue weighted plates in them . I can’t believe how comfortable the carreir is. There is padding in all the right places and nothing feels loose as I’m running or lifting weights . This 5.11 Plate Carrier is better than the Plate Carrier I use for work ( Law Enforcement ), it’s built just as good as some of the high end carriers , and I would absolutely Recommend this for tactical uses or just to train with . Very happy overall .
Best Used for:
  • Crossfit , Running , Weight Training , Tactical Applications.
