Don't get this thinking it will be as natural as your usual draw. It is pretty natural, but if you don't train to purposefully stick your thumb out firmly then you can get into some major trouble. As with any piece of gear, TRAIN before you have to use in a real situation.
Also, don't think that this would be good for concealment. It is not advertised as a concealment holster for a reason. It sticks out quite far, and unless you are wearing a winter coat or something, it will be pretty noticeable.
With training however, this is a pretty amazing holster. Your draw won't be quite as fast as something out of a holster with no active retention, but it will be damned close. The lock holds the gun in pretty firmly, and the holster fits my Glock 19 snugly.
My only real con is that you have to unmount the holster (via unscrewing 3 screws) in order to adjust for different belt sizes. But that's what I get for having different belts. I don't think most people would run into this problem.
Pros: Very fast draw...after training of course
Cons: Having to unscrew the holster from the mount to adjust for different belt sizes
