This jacket rocks. - 5.11 Tactical Valiant Duty Jacket - Mens

This jacket is awesome, I must say I usually read reviews but never leave them. First off I've had the 5.11 5 in 1 for about 9 years. It was a great jacket and versatile. I was looking for a jaket with no elastic on the waistband (personal preference) and haven't seen one I liked. I went to 5.11 and saw the variant. It looked like just what I needed and it was to be the upgrade from the 5 in 1. I then ordered it from optics planet and got it way cheaper ($189)than any where else. When I got the jacket I thought it was not going to be as warm as the 5 in 1 because it was lighter and the liner was no where as thick. Boy was I wrong,I am currently working in NW Indiana and the temp is -5 with a wind chill of -25. This jacket is warm and I can't even feel the wind.
Pros: Eveything in the decription from 5.11.
Cons: No elastic on the cuffs of the liner.
