I don't think I could be less disapointed by this product. The low price caught my attention. When I first bought it, it looked good and was stiff enought to carry a 226 IWB. That is where it ends. The finish immediately scratched the first time I threaded it though the buckle. The finish is of poor quality and quickly shows the bright leather beneath it. The buckle is not very smooth which also caused the latex-paint-like edging to peel after a couple of uses. When the edging peels, it exposes the construction consisting of a very very thin veneer of leather, the plastic core and thin backing. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that this belt is not an option you should consider. Returned it a week later.
Pros: looks good on the rack, stiff.
Cons: This is really not a leather belt. It is a plastic belt with a very thin veneer of leather on the to and a low quality leather backing. The finish scratches through with the slightest scratch. The paint-like edging peels off after a couple of uses.
