This upper is not worth the headache! - Aagil Arms Complete AR-15 .350 Legend Upper Assembly 16in Barrel Length Carbine w/ 15in M-Lok

This upper will not feed 145gr fmj, 180gr powerpoint, 165gr ftx bullets. I tried 3 different magazines. (Yes they are specifically for the 350 legend). The issue to me looks like the angle in which the round is when the bcg is trying to chamber a round. The round gets “wedged” when its released from the magazine and lifting up into the chamber. In other words the bullet / projectile is hitting the top of the chamber where the brass should sit when the round is fully chambered. In order for me to get this to cycle 75% of the time, i had to put a super strong buffer spring in, and i had to cut over 1/4” of the magazine where the straight wall cartridge would touch the top of the cage on the magazine. That allowed the round to be released and lifted up quicker, which lessened the chambering angle. I’m pretty upset about this upper. I wish i could have just returned it and went a totally different route. Side note, there are no lower ramps to polish on that barrel, and the handguard are different from whats pictured….
