Abc rifle company billet upper receiver - ABC RIFLE COMPANY AR-15 Billet Stripped Upper Receiver

Living here in the Gulag known as California I bought this stripped upper along with a lot of other receiver assembly parts prior to the end of this year due to new requirements in 2026. As many mentioned the cerakote is pretty thick everywhere. But I just used small numbered drill bits to clean some of the holes and had no problem assembling the receiver. I haven’t mounted a barrel and I’ll probably have to scotch brite the bore a little bit but I like a tight fit anyway. The barrel threads are not overcoated. Good product for the money.
