The rod I received look like it had been assembled on a Monday or Friday. Several guides were very misaligned. Excess glue ran out of the guides. The guides them selves were under wrapped allowing the metal to show through. I've owned over 50 rods and have never seen the lack of quality, especially from a company like Abu Garcia.
