Best upper ever - Adams Arms P1 MOE AR-Platform 5.56x45mm NATO 16"

I hate stripping an AR upper for cleaning, not to mention the heat generated by extended firing sessions by standard DI receivers. The Adam's Arms Piston Actuated upper keeps heat and dirt out on the end of the barrel and out of the receiver. Barrel is a 1:7 twist and handles some of the heaviest 5.56 bullets.
