E's Review of Adams Arms LifeCoat DI Integral Low Mass Bolt Carrier
Quality product from Adams Arms. Fit and finish are great, low mass but retains side serrations if you are running a forward assist. The incorporated gas key is a nice change making it a single solid piece. A little pricey for a stripped BCG, but when paired with a standard bolt kit (I used a NiBx bolt and pin, with a Lantac domed cam and KNS permapin) it makes for a quality BCG at a competitive price to others.
