Better Than Expected's Review of ADE Advanced Optics Delta RD3-012 1x Reflex Red Dot Sight w/Optic Mount Plate S&W MP/MP 2.0 Shield/Standard Picatinny Mount
After reading several reviews, I decided to give this package a chance instead of spending three times as much on another optic.
Installation was straightforward with a proper sight pusher, and after applying blue thread locker everything stayed tight. I've fired well over 600 rounds now without losing zero. The sight picture is clear, the dot is easy to track during recoil, and target acquisition is noticeably faster than using iron sights alone.
For anyone wanting to modernize a compatible 1911 without permanent slide modifications, this package offers tremendous value
