As someone who wasn’t happy with iron sights on my Gen 2 Glock 19, switching to this RMR-ready slide was a definite upgrade. Once my reflex sight was installed and zeroed, the sight picture and acquisition speed were so much easier — especially under time pressure. The slide cycles smoothly and feels sturdy, even when hot and dirty after sustained fire. Just be sure you check your Glock’s generation before ordering — this doesn’t fit Gen 4, Gen 5, or Gen 6 without custom gunsmith work.
