Good but not great - ADE Advanced Optics NUWA PRO Motion Awake Ultra Micro Green Dot Sight

So I took a chance and purchased this to get a feel for the multi reticle green dot. This is my 2nd ADE, and after the 1st needed a warranty exchange early, it's run fine ever since. Since the 1st one, after replacement, has run just fine I figured trying a different one out. In concept, it got the right stuff: Metal housing, battery on top and not underneath, and Green Dot with Circle. Brightness levels are good, with very light to blinding strong.

The reality is that the window is simply too small for the circle. It blurs on the outer edges because there's essentially warping from the glass shape at the outer edges, and that's because it's small, in relation to it being a multi reticle dot. It would probably work much better with maybe a 3 or 4 mm more of a window.

Now, I still recommend it because it's not that expensive, a solid build quality and it gives you an idea of how you like or don't like a multi reticle setup if you've never used it. It's also still usable, as the actual dot in the center is still clear and when perfectly lined up, the entire picture is indeed clear. Just be aware of its shortcomings and you may be fine with it.
