Better than other budget red dots i've tried - ADE Advanced Optics RD3-009 1x Reflex Red Dot Sight w/Taurus PT111 G2, Millennium G2 Optic Mount Plate

I've experimented with several inexpensive pistol optics over the past few years and this has easily been the best performer so far. I mounted it on my first-generation Taurus TX22 using the included plate and followed the torque recommendations carefully.

The sight picture is clean, brightness settings are easy to cycle through, and I especially like how quickly the motion awake system responds. Pick the pistol up and the dot is immediately there without waiting. During a recent weekend I fired just over 700 rounds of .22 LR with family members and never had to re-zero the optic.

For anyone looking for an affordable optic package instead of piecing together separate mounts and sights, this combo is a very convenient option. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.
