This is a great budget red dot…however that means nothing if you don’t know what exactly you are buying. Although I use red dots on my AR and my PCcarbine I am new to pistol red dots and because I saw this reviewed on YouTube and instantly decided I absolutely must have it I did not do my homework. My pistol (Tisas px9 gen3) is cut for an RMR and this is meant to be used on the vortex footprint. I could buy an adapter but instead I just went ahead and got a holosun for that gun, and I think I’ll buy a dovetail mount for my Ruger security 9 and try this one on there.
