This mount plate feels sturdier than I thought it would at first glance. I installed it on my Security 380 with a Vortex Venom Micro and it doesn’t flex or shift, even with quick recoil. You do need a tiny bit of extra time to get the first screw started straight, but after that the rest slides right in.
