Made in usa? then i'll look for a made in china label from now on. - ATI Outdoors Ruger 10/22 Fiberforce Thumbhole Rifle Stock

I actually had this same exact stock several years ago, but later sold it when I wanted to return my Ruger 10/22 to its standard wooden stock. I remember that the quality of that older ATI stock was excellent. This newer stock i ordered from Optics Planet must either be some bootleg version, or ATI has farmed out its production to some meth addicts at an insane asylum. Poor workmanship. The mold lines are very sharp and obvious, and there was extra material everywhere that needed to be trimmed off. Worst was that the hole for the action screw wasn't drilled straight or even where it needed to be. I had to sand, plane, and re-drill all of ATI mistakes.
