Pad is comfy. Perfect fit. Only had to file a rough area behind pistol grip of the stock so it didn't scratch my hand when grabbing my shotgun. Minor issue tht was quickly resolved. Love the feel to the stock and would recommend to anyone who has eyes to read this entire wordy review at optics planet. I appreciate your time and good night.drive safe
