It's a buffer tube - Aero Precision AR15 Carbine Buffer Kit

I purchased this as a stand in until my sb3a brace gets in stock. It works fine with my aero precision m4e1 lower. Tested with a basic collapsible stock and locks up in all positions just fine. I would use again for builds in the future.
