Waited two months for it to be missing screws - Aero Precision M4E1 10in .300 Barrel Complete Upper with Flash Hider

Overall Aero makes a pretty good product My beef isn't so much with the product as much as it is with the wait time and the quality control first off I ordered the 8-in upper the ship date was pushed back to the point where I had waited 2 months. Keep in mind, website said it was in stock when I ordered it after 2 months expecting it to get shipped out on the 10th. I got an email on the 9th saying they would ship it out on the 18th. That was the last straw I called and requested that they substitute my order for something that they actually had in stock. I got lucky and a good customer service representative and she was able to ship me out the 10 inch version within about 2 days however, once I received my order I noticed multiple screws missing out of the front hand guard again, I got very lucky and happened to have a couple screws laying around that I was able to grind down and make work The fact I had to wait 2 months to get something missing, parts is a complete disappointment I have had many other orders from OP and no real issues before this. And again I mention the amazing customer service I received after 2 months waiting but it does make me hesitant to order from here again
