Aero has not impressed me - Aero Precision M5 18in .308 CMV Complete Upper Receiver with Flash Hider w/ ATLAS S-ONE Handguard

Aero precision has been offered a lot around my local gun shops lately. Bought a few stripped lowers also and always some kind of problem and this upper is no diffrent. Out of the box it's beautiful,also bought a aero bcg and man is it tight in this upper. Put everything togther( well lubed up) brought to range and was flawless. Went to use it again after cleaning and bcg would not drop in, was driving me nuts thinking maybe the gas tube came out of alignment. Finally figured out that the barrel and hand gaurd were loose,so had to re align and button back up. For the money Aero charges I should nit have these kind of problems..wish BCM made a 308 cause for not much more I'd go with them cause in my opinion BCM is superior to aero....and say what ya will but I'd go as far as saying palmetto state armory is superior, never had a problem with them.
