I have had a few different muzzle devices this past year but was not completely sold on them yet. I bought this VG6 to try out as I had heard/read good things and also likes the esthetics. I received the item quickly from Optics Planet and was happy too see the quality of the item was evident when I opened the box. The workmanship was first rate and it was not too heavy (which so many MDs are). My first trip went well as I noticed a good reduction of felt recoil and muzzle rise. It was a bit louder than an A2. but certainly not as loud as other brakes I have tried.!It serves my needs well and would buy again.
