Poor image quality - AGM Global Vision Anaconda 1x50mm Thermal Imaging Clip On System

I purchased 2 of these units to use on a large ranch. The setup seemed to fit our needs and the Anaconda wasn't supposed to have the caliber restrictions that their other units have. The fact they had FLIR cores was a plus- I thought. The units we received all had an image flaw that looked like a heat bubble when you looked directly at an object, regardless of distance, color palate, outside air temp, etc. I contacted the company and they replaced the units. The new units had the same flaw. After going back and forth with the company multiple times over months and providing pics of the problem, they have yet to figure out what is causing the issue. They finally gave up and said there was no sense in sending replacement units, as they have not been able to determine the cause. Even the temp readout on the unit was reading at -101 F at times, wildly inaccurate since we are in CA. Still waiting to hear back from the company. Not impressed. Seems like they are taking the windows approach to their product, sell first then work on fixing issues. Just my 2 cents.
