Defective product and terrible agm customer service - AGM Global Vision PVS-14-51 Night Vision Monoculars

When I got my AGM PVS14-51, I quickly realized I could not get a proper focus. Something is definitely wrong with the objective lens. I sent AGM an email using the address on their website, but then got an automated response saying the email address doesn't exist. I tried calling the number, but couldn't get through to anyone. I tried the next day, and got a hold of someone who told me I could ship it back to be repaired. I assumed a shipping label would be included in the email with the return form, but it wasn't. I called back several times, but couldn't reach anyone, so left a message. Now 2 days later, nobody has called me back, which means AGM expects me to pay for shipping to repair their defective item. If I have this much trouble with a brand new product, I imagine how much more difficult it would be getting them to honor their warranty on another defect. I'll be returning this to OpticsPlanet which has given me much better customer service, and let them deal with this fly-by-night company.
