PRISONGUARD1's Review of AIM Sports Inc AR15/M4 A2 Style Muzzle Brake
Over the past several years I have helped co-workers and friends build their rifles. With just a 'BULLET BUTTON' we had the ability to use all the other 'EVIL FEATURES'.
But since science has proven that Flash Suppressors, Pistol Grips, Adjustable Stocks, and Forward Pistol Grips can actually make a rifle get up under it's own power and commit murder. Those of us still stuck BEHIND ENEMY LINES must adapt and overcome with what we have left in our 'tool boxes'. I have used this particular Muzzle Brake because I want the Authentic A-2 look on my rifles. They work fine and don't affect performance, yes, the are louder. If your wanting to keep your A1 or A2 as close as possible to original look, this will do the job just fine at a decent price.
Others I have helped build, have used these with a 'non-pistol' grip, and a fixed stock to be able to comply.
NOTE* As best as I can research keeping a BULLET BUTTON on an otherwise FEATURELESS rifle is an outlawed part. I can't get a solid answer from local agencies otherwise. We have removed the BULLET BUTTONS from ours and used standard MAG RELEASE. Now our legal rifles are no longer deadly. RIGHT GOVERNOR 'HAIR GEL?'.
BOTTOM LINE-These work Just Fine.
