Too bulky. - AIM Sports Inc G3/91 Tactical Tri-Rail Hand Guard

This appears to be a well made piece of equipment and it looks good by itself, but it was just too bulky for my C308. I just did not like the feel or the weight after installing it on the rifle. Moreover, after adding an AFG and a bipod it was really uncomfortable and heavy. If you are into that, go for it. If you do, you will need some kind of grip and rail covers or it is going to eat up your hand, especially we maneuvering the charging handle. If you like the streamline look and feel of the stock C308 and similar rifles, you better find something else. I sent this one back. I am going to try the AIM Sports MMH91R for my C308.
