Installed on my Remington 870 police model quick and easy. Locks up well, shortened length of pull from stock about 4" in the fully collapsed position, when all the way extended its the same length as the original. Keep in mind no buffer or pad so its not going to smooth anything out, but the reduced length of pull helps a ton for maneuverability and control. Attached sling mount is sturdy.
