Great product, bad opticplanet review! - Aimpoint PRO 1x38mm Reflex Red Dot Sight

When I was looking for these optics, I looked at several different websites but they were on back order. I finally found it at Opticsplanet so I ordered it from them at about 10% more than the other sites ($400.00 at other sites). I needed it in a certain time frame so I went ahead and ordered it from Opicsplanet because I "THOUGHT" it was in stock. After ordering it on a Thursday I received an email Monday afternoon, stating that it was not in stock. I called and asked customer service about it and they told me that they do not let you know if it is out of stock on their website; you have to actually call them before ordering to find out if they have it in stock!! I've never heard of this at any any other site! Every place that I have ever shopped tells you before ordering something if they have it in stock or not... Not this place. Needless to say that I didn't get my Aimpoint in time for my shoot. If I would have know that it wasn't in stock I would have continued to search online for it... Way to fool your customers OpticsPlanet!!! I won't be ordering from this place again! On a plus note, the Aimpoint Pro is an amazing optic! Just a few clicks and I had it dialed in. Can't go wrong with this scope!
