I love this sight. I spent a long time going back and forth between the EXPS2 and the Aimpoint Pro. After finding much debate I finally ended up going with the Aimpoint Pro through Optics Planet. This thing is durable, easy to mount/unmount and is super easy to sight in (removed caps on the side for elevation and windage, use a penny to turn the knobs as needed). Had it dialed in tight at the range within 15 minutes and this was my first time sighting in a red dot. I love the fact that this thing has covers built into the sight and the battery life can only be described as kick ass.
When it comes to a red dot I prefer just that; a simple red dot. If you're the same and aren't head over heels for the Eotech reticle then this is the sight you want.
The only negative is slight and comes in the fact that the included mount has a huge knob on the side of it for tightening to your Picatinny rail. Makes it super easy to get the sight on and off and doesn't get in the way really, but it's definitely not sleek. If you want to spend extra there are plenty of other mounts out there though. At this price for a great optic to come with a more than usable mount is a dream.
Optics Planet got this to me in about a week even though the estimate time for re-stocking was 3-4 weeks. Op Planet rocks!
Pros: Affordable, durable, easy adjustments, long battery life
Cons: Mount knob is large, but usable
