Aimpoint optic - Aimpoint PRO 1x38mm Reflex Red Dot Sight

After taking time to compare optics for my ar platform I decided on the Pro Patrol. I considered an Eotech site but for me the ability to leave it on for 3 yrs was a big selling point. Being able to pick up the rifle and fire without turning on a site is the only way to go. Even with the front cap closed on the optic you can still raise the weapon and fire at an instant. Mounting and siting was easy. I like that it has settings for the addition on night vision.I read some complaints about the tighten down bolt on the mount being too big but it doesnt seem to get in my way. Overall im very happy with the choice I made. Ohh arrived a day early.
