Cautiously optimistic - AimShot Elite Reflex Sight

The features on this product seemed too good to be real. The quality control could be better because you can definitely see a few areas where sealants were applied. It is daylight bright and the motion activation is consistent. It’s a little large but surprisingly light compared to an Aimpoint PRO or Eotech. Upon receiving mine, I do have to say OpticsPlanet sent me a different reticle variant that I ordered. I wanted the circle dot but received the cross reticle but with that said, I actually enjoy this reticle. In low light the reticle gets a little washed out so I have to turn the brightness way down but in daylight the reticle is very clear. I was concerned at unboxing that mine was defective because on testing the parallax I noticed the optic would disappear as I moved my eye down even-though it was clearly well within the view window still but once I zeroed the reticle I realized that out of the box the reticle was on it’s lowest y-axis point. Once zeroed and in the proper x/y position the issue was resolved. Overall, I’d say this is a little secret, especially at such a sale price for what you receive. She’s not a straight 10 outta 10 but she is a strong 7 with room for improvement.
