Quit working, bad experiance, no customer service - AimShot Red Laser Rifle Kit w/ Rail Mount System and on/off Button

I bought this approx. 3/10/14. Optic-Planet was great and I got it by the 13th. Installed it using the pressure switch. It worked intermittently and had a terrible time getting it to come on. But after really cranking down the cap it seemed to work ok but not as bright as I thought it should be. So I took it out the next day and was going to aim it. Applied pressure to the switch and nothing. Fiddled with it changed switches and finally figured it must have laid against another rifle in the safe and ran the battery down. This would have been no problem as the tactical strobe flashlight mounted also uses the same batteries. So I swapped 1 out. Still would not work. The 16th I called Jeff @ AimShot. He diagnosis it over the phone and said send it in. WHICH I HAD TO PAY FOR. He tells me that he will check it there and advise me. The 17th I mail it in. USPS showed delivery the A.M. of the 19th. By 3/30/14 I still had heard nothing from Jeff. So I call and he tells me yes there is a problem with it and he will be sending me another out that day, tomorrow at the latest if he had missed the days mail. On 4/3/14 I call and Jeff is out. I talk to Jonathon. Tell him that Jeff had told me he was sending me a replacement it still had not arrived and I would like to get a tracking # Jonathon says he can't find anything on it and will call me back. An hour later I do get a call back. Jonathon found it laying on Jeff's desk. He says nothing was ever done. He states that there are notes there and that he would personally send it out. This would be my 3rd laser. The other 2 1 cheapy and 1 a little more costly than this both work flawlessly. Maybe luck of the draw but I will never but another Aimshot.
