I would recommend this scope only for someone wanting to save $$ and have a start-up paper shooter and maybe 100-200 yd. game range. Haven't shot at a live target yet, but only do so with the most reliable, so this one may not make it out of the paper jungle if I don't develop more confidence in it. Takes a 30-06 kick and holds 0...so far - Rangefinder reticle is "for looks" only. Too small to be usable.
Pros: Cost is reasonable; construction solid; 30mm tube; smooth controls; good rings
Cons: Throw-away lens covers; Less than desirable clarity/focus - limits usefulness
