The mount is very sturdy and won't move once installed properly. Just remember not to tighten the mounting screws too much. Otherwise, the forearm won't be able to cycle. I would use a little blue loc-tite to keep the mounting screws in place without over tightening them.
Pros: Light weight, easy to setup
